Guchen’s Single-Core High Voltage Connector is designed for reliable power transmission in EV high-voltage systems. Supporting 50mm², 70mm², and 95mm² cables with up to 400A rated current, it integrates 360° full shielding, high voltage insulation, low thermal resistance, and IP68 protection for safe and stable operation in demanding environments. Featuring anti-mismating design, positive and negative polarity separation, and flexible left/right busbar layouts, it is widely used for high-voltage connections between battery packs, PDU, motor controllers, and power electronic systems, meeting the requirements of high-voltage platforms and fast-charging applications.
