The GC-DXC2 series of high voltage interlock connectors has been designed for use in the electric vehicle industry. The connectors are used to connect electric vehicle battery pack, power distribution unit or motor control unit. The connector features an interlock mechanism that prevents accidental disconnection of the cable from the power supply equipment. It has an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +140℃ and are available in 250A.

GC-DXC2 High Voltage Interlock Connector Details
The GC-DXC2 Series is a new generation of high power, high voltage plastic connector developed by Guchen Electronics. It is used for interlocking and coupling of HV power cables. The maximum current is 250A, the voltage is 1000V DC. The standard temperature range is -40℃ ~ +140℃.
The terminal has a spring-loaded design, which ensures good contact reliability during vibration. The outer insulation layer is made of plastic material, which has excellent shielding performance.
The electric vehicle connector has been tested by China's automobile manufacturers and has obtained their high recognition. It has many advantages such as superior shielding performance, superior sealing performance, high voltage interlock loop and secondary locking function.

Features of GC-DXC2 Series 250A HV Interlock Plastic Connectors
Secondary locking function, preventing the connector from being pulled out when it is disconnected
Secondary locking function means that when the plug is inserted into the socket, it can only be removed by applying a certain amount of force to the secondary locking pin. This prevents accidental disconnection during use.
GC-DXC2 Series 250A HV Interlock plastic connectors use straight push and pull type of shrapnel locking structure with a secondary locking function to effectively prevent accidental disconnection caused by incorrect operation, thereby improving vehicle safety. It also has an excellent anti-vibration performance.
The secondary locking function makes the electric vehicle connector more reliable and secure.

High mechanical strength
GC-DXC2 high voltage connectors system can reach 250A at 85℃, up to 1000V, with strong current carrying capacity. The high performance connector is superior in shielding performance, with a high degree of anti-interference ability, anti-electromagnetic interference and anti-static. It is suitable for use in harsh environments.

Easy, fast and reliable connection
The 250A high voltage connector is designed for easy, fast and reliable connection of the electric vehicle high voltage cables. The connector is made of high temperature resistant engineering plastics and has an excellent electric insulation performance.

The HVIL connector system is composed of three different components:
1) The receptacle (mating socket), which is connected to the vehicle’s power distribution unit;
2) The plug, which is connected to the high voltage cable;
3) The handle, which allows for quick and easy disconnection.
