Shipping Case – Delivery of 36pcs 60A HV Cable Assemblies for PDU Integration
Shenzhen Guchen Electronic has completed the production and successful dispatch of 36 sets of 60A high voltage cable assemblies, tailored for safe and efficient connection between PDU units and other high-voltage devices.
Each cable assembly is equipped with our PRC082-60-10 HV connector on one side and an M6 terminal lug on the other, ensuring both mechanical stability and reliable electrical contact. These assemblies are designed with 10mm² shielded HV cables, supporting up to 60A current under 1500V DC systems.
The customer, a long-term EV system integrator, will use these harnesses for various onboard HV components including PDUs and inverters. We provided:

- 100% electrical & HV insulation testing
- Secure packaging and labeling for easy installation
