GCS1 6mm Energy Storage Connector Details

GCS1 6mm energy storage connector is used for positive and negative high voltage connections between battery packs for battery energy storage systems (BESS).
They can be used for fast, safe and cost effective installation of energy storage systems with voltages up to 1,000 V and transmit nominal currents up to 120A.
The main series include 100A \ 120A. Corresponding to 16 mm², 25 mm² high voltage cables.
GCS1 high voltage battery connectors are widely used in energy storage cabinets, energy storage stations, mobile energy storage vehicles, home energy storage systems, photovoltaic power stations wind power stations and other battery pole connections.

GCS1 High Voltage Battery Connector Features

1. Blind Plug, 360° Rotation when Plugged in
GCS1 6mm battery pole connection is designed for the energy storage system to be flexibly rotated through 360 degrees.

2. With secondary locking function, more safe and reliable plug-in connections for modular energy storage system.

3. Products support first crimping and then threading. If the battery pole connector is damaged, it can be replaced separately without replacing the HV cable.

The colour red for plus and black for minus, making it easier to distinguish the positive and negative poles of the battery.
